HerSphere offers Free, Core, and Premium memberships. Your access to content, events, and features will vary depending on your membership level. You agree not to share login credentials or account access with others.

3. Community Conduct

You agree to abide by our Community Agreement and treat all members with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to suspend or remove members who violate our community guidelines or behave inappropriately.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind

  • Sharing other members’ personal information

  • Spamming, self-promotion, or sales outside approved channels

  • Disrupting events, discussions, or community forums

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All original content provided by HerSphere (including graphics, text, videos, and workshop materials) is the property of HerSphere and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or republish content without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you contribute (such as posts, comments, or shared materials), but by posting within the community, you grant HerSphere a non-exclusive right to display and use that content within our platform.

5. Event Participation

By participating in any HerSphere event, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with others

  • Follow event rules and moderation

  • Allow HerSphere to record or share excerpts for community promotion (unless you request otherwise in advance)

6. Payments and Cancellations

Membership fees, if applicable, are charged based on the tier you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle.

HerSphere provides educational and community content for personal development. We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on content or interactions within the platform. Always consult a licensed professional for medical, legal, or financial matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerSphere and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
